Shipping policy

All items will be sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48 at £3.49, options to upgrade are available upon checkout.

We aim to ship all orders within 1 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays). Delivery time estimates given for each service are guidelines only and postal events beyond our control, such as customs processing, postal strikes and adverse weather conditions may affect delivery speeds. Therefore, we cannot guarantee delivery times. If your goods are required urgently we recommend upgrading to an Express Delivery option. Any order placed on an Express Delivery service before 1pm will be shipped the same day.

Items will only be classed as lost if 10 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays) after the last delivery date have passed we will then make a claim on your behalf with the courier.

Please ensure there will be someone available to receive the parcel at the delivery address provided, or that there is a safe place at the address where parcels can be delivered securely. If any parcel is returned to us because of failure to deliver (except where the fault is clearly ours or the carriers), we will charge a redelivery fee which will need to be paid before re-sending the order, or if the item is no longer required the original postage cost will be deducted from the refund. Yorkshire Miniatures are only responsible for the safe delivery of goods up until the point at which they are successfully delivered to the address provided by the customer.

Orders scanned as delivered will the classed as complete, any claim will need to be made by the buyer against Royal Mail, no refund will be issued.
